My grandchildren, 14 year old Justin and 7 year old Emma joined me at the University Farmers Market yesterday morning to pass out campaign material. While I said the magic words: "Vote for the Parks and Green Spaces Levy in Novemember" or "Please vote yes for Prop 2--parks and open spaces-- on the November ballot.", we all passed out the 'Slim Jim'.
